ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY – ROBBO CLUB BARCELONA
Order / Booking CancellationsBookings for classes, workshops, courses, or activities offered by Robbo Club may be cancelled by sending a written request to NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. via the email address provided on the website.To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled activity, unless a different policy is specified for a particular event.Late CancellationsCancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund, but the customer may request a rescheduling, subject to availability and confirmation by the center.In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.Returns and RefundsPayments for educational services (classes, courses, workshops, camps, events) are non-refundable once the service has begun. Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:- cancellation by NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. or Robbo Club,
- inability to provide the service due to causes attributable to the center,
- duplicated payment made in error.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.Modifications and Cancellations by the CenterRobbo Club reserves the right to modify schedules, dates, or activity content for organizational reasons. If an activity must be cancelled, the customer may choose between:- a full refund, or
- rescheduling or transferring the booking to another activity at no additional cost.
