CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
ROBBO CLUB BARCELONA
Order / Booking Cancellations
Bookings for Robbo Club classes, workshops, courses, or activities may be cancelled by notifying NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. in writing via the email address provided on the website.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity date, unless a different policy is specified for a specific event.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity will not be eligible for a refund. However, the user may request a rescheduling, subject to availability and prior confirmation by the center.
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

Returns and RefundsPayments for educational activities (classes, courses, workshops, camps, events) are non-refundable once the service has started.

Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
  • cancellation by NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. or Robbo Club;
  • inability to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the center;
  • duplicate payment error.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer.

Changes and Cancellations by the Center
Robbo Club reserves the right to modify schedules, dates, or activity content for organizational reasons.
If an activity must be cancelled, the customer may choose between:
  • a full refund, or
  • rescheduling to another date or activity at no additional cost.
