La presente Política de Privacidad regula el tratamiento de datos personales por parte de
Nextechtronics S.L. (en adelante, “el Responsable del Tratamiento” u “el Operador”) de conformidad con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
Esta política se aplica a la información obtenida de los usuarios (cada uno, un “Usuario”) del sitio web ROBBO Barcelona (
https://robboclub.es/), de los formularios de captación de clientes de Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) y de las bases de datos operacionales vinculadas.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by Nextechtronics S.L. (the “Data Controller” or the “Operator”) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”).
This policy applies to information obtained from users (each a “User”) of the ROBBO Barcelona website (https://robboclub.es/), Meta lead-generation forms (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and associated operational databases.

Managing enquiries, registrations for educational activities and summer camps, academic and administrative management, and sending authorised marketing communications.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and the User’s express consent (or the consent of a parent or legal guardian where minors are concerned).
Recipients
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or to technology service providers operating under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, including Google LLC and Atlassian/Trello.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as explained below.
DETAILED INFORMATION
1. DATA RELATING TO MINORS AND GUARDIANS
Because our educational activities, workshops and summer camps are intended for minors, the Operator will collect and process data relating to children under 14 only with the express and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Registration forms must be completed exclusively by the minor’s legal representative. If we discover that a child’s data has been collected without such authorisation, it will be deleted immediately.
2. DATA WE COLLECT AND ITS SOURCES
The Operator may collect information through:
Website and landing-page forms: name, surname, email address, telephone number, the child’s age and additional comments.
Meta lead forms (Facebook/Instagram Ads): contact details voluntarily provided by the User when expressing interest in our services.
Non-personal information and cookies: browser information, encoded IP address and usage patterns collected through cookies to improve the User’s experience. Please see our Cookie Policy to configure or reject cookies.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Contractual or pre-contractual purposes:
Managing reservations, registrations and student attendance for courses and summer camps.
Managing operational communications with parents and guardians, including attendance notices, incidents and meetings.
Processing based on consent:
Responding to enquiries submitted by email or through forms.
Sending newsletters, promotions and updates about camps or new workshops. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or while the commercial and educational relationship remains active. When that relationship ends, the data will be securely restricted for the statutory limitation periods established by applicable Spanish tax and civil law, after which it will be permanently deleted.
5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS AND PROCESSORS
The Operator uses external technology providers acting as data processors to support operational, commercial and attendance management. Some providers store information on servers located in the United States:
Google LLC (Google Workspace / Google Sheets), used for internal attendance management and operational databases.
Atlassian Inc. (Trello), used to manage the customer sales pipeline.
Celonis, Inc. (Make), used as a technical automation gateway without permanent storage on intermediate servers.
These providers participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and operate under data-processing agreements designed to provide safeguards equivalent to European data-protection standards.
6. INFORMATION SECURITY
The Operator implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss or unauthorised access. Access to operational databases, including Google attendance records, is restricted to authorised academy personnel through individual security credentials.
7. USER RIGHTS
The GDPR gives Users and their legal representatives control over their personal data. The following rights may be exercised free of charge:
Access: to learn what personal data is being processed.
Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to request deletion when the data is no longer necessary or consent has been withdrawn.
Objection and restriction: to object to processing for advertising purposes or temporarily restrict its use.
Portability: to receive personal data in a structured electronic format.
To exercise any of these rights, send a written request with a copy of an identity document (DNI/NIE) to barcelona@club.robbo.world and use “Data Protection Rights” as the subject line. If you believe your rights have not been properly respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Operator may update this policy to reflect changes in legislation or industry practice. The date of the latest update will always appear at the end of the document.
