TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING – ROBBO CLUB BARCELONA

The present document establishes the contractual conditions applicable to the contracting of educational services, courses, workshops, and summer camps carried out through the website of Robbo Club Barcelona, managed by the company NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. (NIF B19812056), with its registered office at Calle Travessera de Gracia, 62 - p. 6 pta. 6, Barcelona, 08006, Spain.

By processing the registration form and checking the acceptance box, the User (father, mother, or legal tutor of the minor) fully and unreservedly accepts all the conditions detailed below.

1. OBJECT AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Robbo Club Barcelona offers specialized educational and training services in the fields of robotics, programming, 3D printing, and new technologies for children and teenagers. Definitive registration in any activity implies acceptance of these general conditions as well as the internal rules of the center.

2. MODALITIES OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY

2.1. In-Person Training (Offline)
  • Location: Classes, workshops, holiday camps (casales de vacaciones), and face-to-face activities are carried out at our facilities located at:
  • Robbo Club Barcelona – Via Laietana, 45, 6º 2ª, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona.
  • Confirmation: The exact date and schedule of the group will be explicitly confirmed during the registration process on the platform or through a notification via email or WhatsApp by the center's manager.
2.2. Online Training (If applicable)
  • Digital Access: Certain specific courses or workshops may be conducted remotely. Access links and login credentials will be sent to the email address provided during registration prior to the start of the activity.
  • Requirements: El Usuario/The User is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate computer equipment and internet connection for the correct follow-up of the online classes.
2.3. Shipping and Physical Delivery Policy
  • Nature of the Service: All services offered are strictly educational and intellectual in nature.
  • Absence of Physical Shipping: No physical shipping of tangible products is carried out, as all activities are developed in person in the classroom or in a digital format, depending on the contracted modality.
3. CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

3.1. Cancellations by the User (48-Hour Notice)
  • Right to Refund: The User may cancel a reservation or registration by mandatory written notification to the club’s official contact email. To obtain a full refund (100% of the amount paid), the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations communicated with less than 48 hours' notice will not be entitled to a financial refund. However, the User may request a change of date or group, strictly subject to place availability and prior written confirmation from the center.
  • No-Show: If the student does not attend the activity without prior notice within the established deadlines, the right to any refund, compensation, or date change will be forfeited.
3.2. General Conditions for Returns
  • Commencement of Service: Payments for educational activities are non-refundable once the service or the monthly course block has effectively begun.
  • Refund Exceptions: Financial refunds will only be processed in the event of definitive cancellation of the activity by the club, impossibility of service delivery due to causes directly attributable to the center, or a duplicate billing error. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the client for the initial purchase.
4. ABSENCE MANAGEMENT AND CLASS CANCELLATIONS

4.1. Notification of Absences from Regular Classes (3-Day Notice)
  • Mandatory Deadline: To be entitled to make up a missed regular class, the student's absence must be notified in writing (via official email or WhatsApp) with a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice.
  • Rescheduling Classes: If the absence is correctly notified within the 3-day deadline (or due to a justified medical reason upon presentation of the corresponding medical certificate), the center will offer options to make up the class in another available group.
  • Late Absences: Absences notified outside the 3-day window or direct non-attendance will not entitle the User to a refund or a make-up session.
4.2. Session Cancellations by the Club
  • If due to force majeure (technical, logistical issues, or teacher illness) the club must suspend a scheduled class, families will be notified immediately, and an alternative date will be proposed to fully recover the session.
  • In the event of an absolute impossibility of rescheduling by the club, or if the User is completely unable to attend the newly proposed schedules, a pro-rata refund for that specific session will be processed, or a discount voucher will be issued for the following month.
5. RULES OF CONDUCT, SAFETY, AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

5.1. Compliance with Safety Rules
  • The student is obliged to respect classroom rules and rigorously follow the safety instructions issued by the teachers for the use of robotics kits, computers, 3D printing tools, and other technological materials.
  • Parents or legal tutors will be civilly and financially responsible for any material damage caused to the club's facilities or equipment as a result of negligent or intentional behavior by the minor.
5.2. Right of Admission and Disciplinary Measures
  • Robbo Club Barcelona promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. reserves the right of admission and the authority to terminate the service and expel a student in the following cases:
  1. Violent, aggressive behavior, bullying, or serious disrespect towards teachers, center staff, or fellow classmates.
  2. Repeated non-compliance with coexistence rules that prevents the normal development of classes.
  • In the event of a justified expulsion for disciplinary reasons, no type of return or refund of the amounts paid for the active course or ongoing activity will be provided.
6. PROTECTION OF MINORS AND STUDENT PICK-UP

  • Punctuality: Parents or tutors are responsible for dropping off and picking up students punctually according to the agreed schedules. El club/The club does not assume custody of minors outside the strict hours of the class or activity.
  • Authorization: Minors will only be handed over to persons explicitly authorized in the registration form. Any temporary change or specific authorization to a third party must be notified in advance in writing, indicating the full name and DNI/NIE of the designated person.
