By completing a registration and selecting the acceptance checkbox, the User (the child’s parent or legal guardian) accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
ROBBO Club Barcelona provides specialist education in robotics, coding, 3D printing and new technologies for children and teenagers. Final registration for any activity entails acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the centre’s internal rules.

Requirements: The User is responsible for having suitable computer equipment and an adequate internet connection.
2.3 Shipping and physical delivery
Nature of the service: All services are educational and intellectual in nature.
No physical shipping: No tangible products are shipped. Activities are delivered in person or digitally according to the option purchased.
3. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1 Cancellation by the User: 48-hour notice period
Right to a refund: A reservation or registration may be cancelled by written notice to the club’s official email address. To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the activity begins.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a monetary refund. The User may request a change of date or group, subject to availability and written confirmation from the centre.
No-show: If the student does not attend and the required notice has not been given, there is no entitlement to a refund, compensation or change.
3.2 General refund conditions
Once the educational service or course month has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only if the club definitively cancels the activity, the centre is unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to it, or a duplicate payment was taken in error. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4. ABSENCE AND CLASS-CANCELLATION MANAGEMENT
4.1 Notice of absence from regular classes: three days
To be eligible for a make-up class, the student’s absence must be notified in writing by email or the official WhatsApp number at least three days (72 hours) in advance.
When notice is given within this period, or the absence is supported by appropriate medical evidence, the centre will offer available options for attending another group.
Late notice or non-attendance without notice does not entitle the User to a refund or make-up class.
4.2 Cancellation by the club
If the club must cancel a class because of force majeure, including technical or logistical problems or teacher illness, families will be informed promptly and an alternative date will be offered.
If the club cannot reschedule the session, or the User cannot attend the proposed alternatives, the User will receive a proportionate refund for that session or a discount voucher for the following month.
5. CONDUCT, SAFETY AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION
5.1 Safety rules
Students must comply with classroom rules and follow teacher safety instructions when using robotics kits, computers, 3D-printing tools and other technology equipment.
Parents or legal guardians are civilly and financially responsible for material damage to the premises or club equipment caused by the minor’s intentional conduct or negligence, subject to applicable law.
5.2 Admission and disciplinary measures
ROBBO Club Barcelona promotes a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment. NEXTECHTRONICS S.L. may terminate the service and exclude a student in the following circumstances:
Violent or aggressive behaviour, bullying, or serious disrespect towards teachers, centre staff or other students.
Repeated breach of conduct rules that prevents classes from operating normally.
Where exclusion is justified for disciplinary reasons, fees already paid for the ongoing course or activity are not refundable, subject to mandatory law.
6. SAFEGUARDING AND COLLECTION OF STUDENTS
Punctuality: Parents or guardians are responsible for dropping off and collecting students at the agreed times. The club does not assume custody outside the scheduled class or activity hours.
Authorisation: Minors will be released only to persons expressly authorised on the registration form. Any change or one-off authorisation for another person must be notified in writing in advance and include that person’s full name and DNI/NIE number.
